Whether you’re a brand new student interested in learning the basics, or a seasoned yogi looking to level up your skills, each private session is tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that you feel educated and confident in your practice, and includes music and meditations that reflect the energy of the current astrological season. Available in my Montclair studio space, or in your home upon request.
